Howard was raised in the Northern California Bay Area. In 1983, he graduated from San Jose State University majoring in Aeronautics with a minor in Business Administration. He enjoyed a career at several major IT companies in Silicon Valley; where he held a variety of titles ranging from Service Manager to Sales Account Executive. He has worked in the Real Estate industry for more than a decade and is delighted about owning and managing a local brokerage.
