I am a Stockton native and have lived in San Joaquin, Amador, and Calaveras Counties. After leaving high school, I entered the construction industry, where I gained extensive knowledge in home building, renovation and restoration with an emphasis on resale. For the last 15 years, I have owned and operated a home inspection business serving the Central Valley and Foothills regions and have participated in over 3000 real estate transactions. Five years ago, after identifying a cultural change in home marketing practices, I started a real estate multi-media marketing company, assisting sellers with reaching their target audiences through various web-based applications. My introduction into Real Estate Development and Sales started at a very young age. As far back as I can remember, I was drug around from house to house while my mom showed property. Even at such a young age I was always so fascinated with the different styles and architectures of homes. I started in the industry with secretarial and management duties, but after a year I obtained my Real Estate license in 2015.In 2018 I obtained my Broker's license and took over as the Broker of Record for Granite Bay Properties.
