PERSONAL HISTORY Richard Delapaz was born and raised in the Central Coast of California. He married Michele Boggs in September 1998 and together they have four children, Richele (25) and Richard Matthew (21)and Rielyne (14) and Raeggan (12). Currently they reside in Los Banos, California where Richard is President of DLP Real Estate, Inc. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES In 1996, Richard enlisted in the United States Navy, where he honorably served for four and a half years as a logistics specialist. He performed missions in Japan, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Washington State. Richard earned a bachelors degree in economics from the University of California Santa Cruz, during which time he work for the UCO Lick Observatory as a logistic specialist. In 2002, Richard took an opportunity to work for the Graniterock Company; a heavy mining and general engineering company. During this period, he was responsible for the sales of a $50 million per year aggregate quarry along with several sand and gravel plants. In 2005, Richard joined Century 21 in Watsonville to concentrate solely on commercial real estate and land development. Since that time, Richard has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute educations requirements and is set to earn is his CCIM designation.

Janet is a proud, energized agent for California Outdoor Properties. Becoming a real estate agent has always been her dream. Janet grew up on the central coast of California where she received her BA and MA at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Janet's current home is in the historic Gold Rush town of Jackson, Ca. She loves the outdoors and spends a lot of time exploring, kayaking, and hiking in the Sierra Nevadas. Her fondest memories as a child are fishing in Sierra City, on the North Yuba River, for Browns using Helgramites. When she is not helping one of her clients, she can still be found reeling in a few Bass at one of her favorite ponds.She loves helping people and communicates very well. She has spent the majority of her career in the Educational Administration/Teaching Field; retired after 33 years. She gained invaluable experiences in areas such as communication, organization, listening, and problem-solving with people of all ages. Helping buyers and sellers with their outdoor property needs is second nature to Janet.
